MEET KIMBERLEE

I am available to provide services to both bay area natives as well as individuals relocating to the Bay Area. I am a problem solver to those looking to purchase a home, income property, move-up, move-down, or whatever your real estate needs may be when you are ready to make that big move.

WHY I DO THIS

I grew up on the tiny island of Jamaica and came to the United states at age 18. It was in my home country that my love for architecture, home designs and aesthetics came to fruition. I believe your home should be your peace. Because of my passion, I decided to pursue real estate in my early 20s and It has been one of the most fulfilling decisions I have made in my life. I truly enjoy helping individuals find their dream home and building relationships with clients.

MY MISSION

Today I am an active Real Estate Agent in the Bay Area, helping clients find their dream home one step at a time.

I am uniquely interested in working with first-time homeowners looking to break generational curses; investors thinking about the future; individuals who want their grandchildren to be born millionaires.

I also provide leasing services; I help landlords and Investors vet the best tenants for their properties by conducting interviews, coordinating property tours, screening and selecting tenants. As Property Manager, I protect and oversee the day-to-day operation of the property, collect rent, deposit and maintain the property.

It is my strong desire to continue to help individuals from all walks of life reach financial freedom through real estate. I firmly believe that real estate adds value and diversifies one’s assets and, if managed well, creates opportunities to grow wealth. I will continue to build on my mission to help clients move up the financial ladder.
