Helping you build stability, wealth, and opportunity through real estate.
Hi, I’m Kimberlee, but most people call me Kim.
Originally from the Caribbean, I have spent half my life building a home here in the Bay Area. I bought my first home in my 20s, and I know firsthand how powerful and sometimes overwhelming that journey can be.
I was raised by a mother who dedicated over 30 years to teaching and giving back to her community. Watching her shaped how I show up today. I believe in doing meaningful work and showing up for people with intention.
Before real estate, I spent over 12 years in healthcare and grew into a leadership role working alongside physicians, nurses, and administrators. That experience taught me how to navigate complex situations, advocate for others, and stay grounded in high pressure moments.
Today, I work with clients across the Bay Area, with a special focus on:
• First time homebuyers
• Immigrants and first and second generation families
• Healthcare professionals
• Educators and teachers
• Tech professionals navigating transitions
• Residential property investors
• Single mothers, and single parents
• Community builders and leaders
Whether you are buying, selling, or investing, I am here to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.
Let’s get started.

A major transformation is coming to the East Bay waterfront.
A nonprofit organization, the Trust for Public Land, has reached an agreement to purchase the former Golden Gate Fields site, a historic horse racing track that operated from 1941 to 2024. The 161-acre property, located along the shoreline in Albany and Berkeley, is set to become a new public waterfront park focused on open space, recreation, and environmental restoration.
Once the purchase is finalized, the land will be transferred to the East Bay Regional Park District, which plans to work with the community to shape its future use. Early ideas include expanding beaches, building trails, restoring wetlands, and creating spaces for sports and outdoor activities.
The site connects to several existing parks and will help create over 8 miles of continuous public shoreline, making the Bay more accessible for residents and visitors.
While full development may take several years, this project represents a long-term investment in community, nature, and quality of life in the Bay Area.
